Day 1 consisted of setting the context for the Cultural Heritage Cloud with presentations from a variety of organisations involved in the sector, from funding and administration of research, technology development and services to the everyday activities of a GLAMS organisation such as KIK-IRPA. Xavier Rodier, the Project Co-ordinator, presented the role of ECHOES in setting up the Cultural Heritage Cloud.
Day 2 was concerned with how to involve as many Cultural Heritage communities as possible in ECHOES and to encourage their take-up and participation in the Cultural Heritage Cloud. Rémi Petitcol introduced the ECHOES Consultation which will gather input from across the wide spectrum of players involved in Cultural Heritage and Sally Chambers presented the Cascading Grants and ECCCH Calls.
